About Us

Friends since 2011, company directors, Laura Culley and Nicola Day, formed Pure Heart Homecare - a domiciliary (home) care agency - to provide local, community-led support to adults in and around Wisbech, Downham Market and March.

 

As well as providing private homecare, we are placed on the Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), and work closely with social workers and other NHS professional to provide support to Service Users referred to us.

The services we offer allow our Service Users to feel empowered to live independent and supported lives, whilst being cared for at all times with dignity and respects, in the comfort of their own homes, providing the best person-centred care possible. Care delivered by highly-skilled personnel, all of whom hold the relevant qualifications and qualities to deliver first-rate care.

Our aim is to consistently provide highly-skilled personnel, all of whom hold the relevant qualifications and qualities to deliver first-rate care, irrespective whether you or a loved one are in need of help and assistance for half an hour a week or 24/7. 

 

We offer a 24/7 on-call facility, ensuring someone is always available
