HOMECARE MANAGER Responsible for managing all aspects of care, Christina strives to ensure all staff are happy in their roles and that our Service Users are content with the service we provide them, whilst also ensuring that the business adheres to all CQC guidelines - carrying out audits, conducting regular risk assessments, and helping the business to adapt to any changes in legislation and policies. Outside of work, Christina spends most of her time with her son and close family. She loves to read and regularly finds excuses to go to Costa Coffee!
BUSINESS & RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR Marsha supports the business with all aspects of our recruitment process; from interviewing and completing pre-employment checks, to arranging inductions and training for new and existing members of staff. Outside of work, Marsha spends most of her time with her partner, and likes to catch up with family and friends whenever she can.
HOMECARE CO-ORDINATOR Chloe deals with day-to-day enquiries from our Support Workers, and works tirelessly to ensure rotas are kept up to date, and well in advanced for both our Support Workers and our Service Users. Chloe has a background in the care industry, working with both children and adults for numerous years. Outside of work, Chloe likes to spend time with her cat and tortoise, and her niece and nephews.
HOMECARE CO-ORDINATOR Claire works tirelessly to ensure rotas are prepared and kept up to date for our Support Workers and our Service Users. She working closely with our team to ensure we provide consistent and effective care to our service users.
