"I have recently had to increase my care at home due to becoming ill. Pure Heart was already visiting me once a week, but now I am having to have daily visits.
This has been a really upsetting time for me as I feel that I am becoming more unable. What I didn't realise, was that the day that I felt so nervous about calling the office and speaking to the ladies to ask for more help, was going to be the best experience that I could have. I spoke with one lady and she was so friendly and reassuring that I was completely at ease about this change in my life.
